On a neuro-primary case, brain injury as the driving issue, we can serve as Primary Treating Physician and direct the overall course of care ourselves. On a case where another physician is already the Primary Treating Physician (PTP) and simply needs a specialist for the neurological piece, we come in as a Secondary Treating Provider, handle the workup and the specialized rehabilitation, and report findings back to them at every stage. Either way, the exam and the reporting are the same. What changes is who’s coordinating the rest of the case.
Either way, your client gets objective neurological testing and rehabilitation for the neurological piece of the case, and the treating team gets findings back at every stage.

We're in the Medex MPN, and credentialing is in process across other California MPNs. Where we're not in-network yet, the injured worker can be seen through the standard Request for Authorization (RFA) and Utilization Review path. Ask us anytime and we'll tell you where our network status stands.
No, not when a PTP is already in place. We come in as a Secondary Treating Provider, handle the neurological workup and rehabilitation, and report findings back to the PTP. We serve as Primary Treating Physician only when we're in the MPN, the brain injury is the primary condition, and no PTP is already on the case.
Every finding is measured against the injured worker's own baseline and retested every 12 visits, so the record shows measured change instead of a subjective account. A written clinical report is typically in your hands within one week of the exam, and our doctors are available for depositions and WCAB proceedings.
If treatment is already authorized, we can see the injured worker within the week. If it isn't, we submit for authorization and schedule as soon as testing or treatment is approved.
